Joint Venture,LLC is a multi-faceted conglomerate based in Mount Holly, North Carolina.

Formed in 2008, Joint Venture, LLC has three divisions currently operating:

Joint Venture Marketing which includes Last Call Trivia;

Joint Venture Entertainment, a talent representative booking live shows;

Joint Venture Technology, which includes CyberMaid, a workstation sanitation and IT company.
